BOOKING AND PRICING INFORMATION

How to book your guided ride and our policies

To book your guided ride or hire* please email us at booking@evass.gr and include the following:

1. Your full name

2. Dates in which you wish to book and state if you are looking to book a guided ride or hire (please find our price list below)

3. Number of people you are looking for

Once confirmed we will ask you to put a deposit down so that we can secure your booking - we will email you with all the necessary information you need prior to your ride!

Kids are more than welcome provided they can demonstrate safe bike handling on our skills section and are accompanied by an adult.

*If you are interested in daily hire please be aware that bikes are prioritized for guided rides unless booked in advance.

Bike hire and equipment info

If you fancy a solo adventure and want to explore the island on your own terms we do daily hires at the prices above.

We will supply you with everything you need to make your adventure hassle-free.

Whether you are going on a guided ride or solo adventure we will provide you with helmets, gloves and water bottles. If you hire the bike you will also be given a small backpack that will contain a first aid kit, repair pack, bike lock, a charger and pump for the bike. Additionally, we can provide directions and maps for those venturing out alone.

In terms of battery life, you can expect the bike to last roughly 3-4 hours of ride time or around 50km depending on the level of battery you are using, for example, if you ride in the highest support function ‘Turbo’ then the battery life will drain quicker.

The bikes will charge about 25% in an hours time and this is a great time to stop for lunch, we recommend planning your ride beforehand and checking with your representative what locations allow you to charge your bike.

Here is a list of places that we could recommend:

West Coast - Oasis bar and restaurant (by the Porto Katsiki turn)
Nydri - Dalton’s Gyros Restaurant (In main port)
Vasiliki - Zorbas The Greek Restaurant (Turn away from the harbour at the school)

This being said most restaurants, cafe’s and bars are more than happy to let you charge the bikes whilst using their facilities.

Covid-19, Refunds and T&C’s

We are committed to protecting everyone through these troubling times and take great measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19 including

• Washing and sanitizing bikes, helmets, gloves and water bottles after each use

• Encouraging people to bring their own water bottles, gloves and helmets

• Sanitizing surfaces after each customer

• Providing hand sanitiser at the centre and on rides

• Social distancing whilst on rides and in the shop

• Our guides will refrain from handshakes on greetings, please respect this

If you have made a booking with us and your holiday is cancelled due to Covid-19 outside of your control we will refund or do our best to reschedule your booking. However, if you have cancelled your own holiday all deposits are non-refundable but can be extended to later in the season or next year.

Outside of Covid-19 related causes, we will not refund any cancellation made within 3 days from the start of your hire or guided ride. We understand the fluid nature of an activity holiday and will be more than happy to reschedule you into another available slot if possible.

If you do run over your hire by more than 30 minutes we will charge a late fee of 20 Euros per E-bike. We understand that general wear and tear happens and that is covered by us but if the E-bikes are damaged due to gross negligence e.g. theft and serious damage then the repairs will be charged to the customer at full retail price.
